Privacy Policy

Request metadata. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request data: IP address, user-agent string, referrer, and timestamp. This is used for serving the site, basic abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic counts. We don't store this in our own database or associate it with you across visits.

Analytics events. Page views and basic interaction events as described in the Analytics section below.

No accounts. The public site has no signup or login. There is no profile, no history, no watchlist stored on our side.

• Location data, GPS or otherwise.
• Viewing history or click-through tracking.
• Device fingerprints.
• Third-party advertising identifiers.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics service. It records page views, referrers, country (derived from IP and then discarded), and basic performance metrics. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. Data is aggregated, so we cannot link a visit back to an individual visitor.

We use this only to understand which titles people are interested in so we can prioritize coverage. It is not used for advertising.

To opt out, install an analytics blocker or use a browser that blocks tracking by default (Brave, Firefox with strict tracking protection, etc.). None of this changes what you can read or do on the site.

We don't set first-party tracking cookies. The only cookies you may encounter are short-lived functional cookies from our hosting platform (Vercel), used for routing and security. These are not used to identify you across sessions or sites.

• Vercel — hosts the site. Sees standard request metadata.
• Cloudflare — DNS and image CDN for media.cuemark.app. Sees image request metadata.
• Neon — managed Postgres database. Holds our content catalog. Does not see end-user requests.
• OTT platforms — when you click a "Watch on…" button, you leave cuemark and enter that platform's privacy regime. Their terms apply.

Request logs are retained by our hosting provider per their default retention (typically 30 days). We don't maintain longer-term user records.

Under applicable privacy laws (India's DPDP Act, the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA, and similar regimes), you have rights to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because we don't maintain accounts or persistent user records, we typically hold nothing about an individual visitor. We'll add a contact channel for rights requests as the site grows; in the meantime, browser-side opt-outs (DNT/GPC, analytics blockers) give you immediate control over what's collected.

cuemark isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. The site has no age gate; it's a public catalog like a TV guide.

If we change anything material, we'll bump the effective date at the top and, where reasonable, note what changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

We don't currently offer a direct support channel. This page will be updated with contact details when one is available.
