cuemark is a free, hand-curated guide to movies and TV shows available on streaming platforms. We catalog titles, summarize them, and link to where you can watch them.

• We don't host, stream, or transmit any video content. We only link to legitimate sources you already have access to.
• We're not affiliated with the streaming platforms we link to, unless explicitly stated.
• We're not a review site, social network, or recommendation algorithm.

You may use cuemark for personal, non-commercial use. Don't do any of the following:

• Scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal service. Use our public API endpoints reasonably; if you want bulk access, ask.
• Frame, mirror, or rehost the site in a way that misrepresents its origin.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel, database, or storage.

Metadata is sourced from publicly available information including Wikipedia, and curated by us. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees. Release dates, OTT availability, and platform pricing change frequently — verify on the platform's own site before relying on it.

We use lightweight, privacy-preserving web analytics to understand which titles get traffic. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how to opt out.

Movie titles, cover art, character names, cast images, and platform logos remain the property of their respective owners. cuemark's design, original copy, code, and curation are © cuemark.app and licensed for personal use only.

We rely on the doctrine of fair use / fair dealing for catalog purposes (similar to TV guides or critic sites). If you're a rights holder and want something removed, see the Takedown section below.

We respect intellectual property rights and will act promptly on credible takedown requests. A contact channel for formal notices will be published on this page; once available, valid requests should include:

• A description of the work and the cuemark URL involved.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you're the rights holder (or authorized to act for them) and a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized.

We aim to respond within 7 business days of receipt.

When you click a "Watch on…" button you leave cuemark for a third-party platform. We're not responsible for the availability, content, pricing, or terms of those platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you land there.

cuemark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises that the site will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that any information is current or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cuemark and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or reliance on any information here.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
